What is the Fourth Freedom?

Who I am and what I do
My name is Rusty Cawley. I am the communications specialist for homeland security at Texas A&M University. I provide public affairs counsel to:
- The Integrative Center for Homeland Security (ICHS), which offers an online certificate in homeland security through the Bush School of Government and Public Service.
- The National Center for Foreign Animal and Zoonotic Disease Defense (The FAZD Center), one of six Department of Homeland Security Centers of Excellence.
- The Institute for Countermeasures Against Agricultural Bioterrorism (ICAB).
That said, there is absolutely no connection between any opinions expressed here, and those held by Texas A&M, the ICHS, the FAZD Center and ICAB. Unless attributed, consider any opinion found here to be mine alone.
